  • 1.  Scheduler 7.6.8 - missing applications

    Hello,
    I recently upgraded Maximo to 7.6.1.2 and at the time 7.6.7 was the latest version so that is what we installed.
    After patching maximo from base 7.6.1 to 7.6.1.2 scheduler is listed as IBM Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.6.8.0 Build 20200715-0100 DB Build V7680-148
    All seemed fine however I do not see the Data Manager and Graphical Resource  applications in the menu's or security.
    My understanding is that most of these add ons code is included in the base and once the entitlement is done it becomes available.
    Is this a bug or am I missing a step/install piece?

    Small, but silly thing...have you rebuilt and deployed the EAR's?

    Hello Doug,

    We have seen this issue before, also saw it in my environment. It is not a security issue or bug but more of a licensing issue:

    Once you install the right scheduler ZIP file you will have Graphical Work Week and all the extras. You can download from Passport Advantage, let me know if you are unable to download.

    Veronica is correct - you will see the new applications by following those steps. We had to update the license key since there were new applications.   I recommend applying iFix 005 as well - it was released 1/29 and is cumulative.  Let us know if you have questions!
