  • 1.  Save Multi-Sort Incident View

    So I noticed that it is possible to sort the incidents view by multiple columns if you hold the shift key. But what I'm seeing is that when you want to save that as one of the saved filters it only saves the first column that was filtered on.

    Anyone else experiencing this issue? 

    We would like to sort by two columns and have that filter be able to be accessed by all the analysts.
