  • 1.  SAML Federation Management reverse proxy error

    Hi All, I am facing an issue while creating a federation management under reverse proxy, after giving all required details and given the federation name from the dropdown list, while submitting am getting System Error, (no details available in logs for this system error).


    Federation - SAML based, ISAM version -9.0.5.0

    Hi Mohamed,

    There are a few place to check

    1. Under Monitor -> Application Log Files you could check the default and runtime logs.
    2. Check the Network logs to see if a specific API resulted in an error
    3. Check if the Federation configuration matches the WebSEAL host name. Point of Contact (www.webseal.com/isam).
