    Hi,

    One of our biggest client of Process Mining  in Brazil has asked about Responsibility Matrix for the project team

    Dow anyone has this matrix (RACI) or something similar?

    Hi Mauricio,

    The resource mapping features from IBM Process Mining should be able to help you directly map the RACI starting from the bank's data. 

    You can either choose to view the activity map that shows which resources and roles are involved in each activity or you can use the social net to help you discover and analyze the relationships that are formed within a process.

    You can also use this information in the Analytics dashboards to deep dive into the analysis and better understand the RACI.

    your question is about IBM Process Mining SaaS or on-prem (OCP) offering?

    Can you elaborate more on the scope of the responsibilities? Is it hardware, security, support...?

    Thanks for your answer.

    Customer need to know responsibility matrix (in detail) for each role of Process Mining Team, ( Business Analyst,  Project Manager, Data Analyst, Solution Manager, Process Owner,  Process User,  IT Expert, Tech Leader and App Tech)

    The customer want to build a Process Mining Team and needs to know activities for each role (Ex.
    • Process Owner: Define  KPIs, Define Project Objectives, etc.)

    Hi,

    Since the User Management (and the corresponding RBAC setup) is managed by the end customer, they can define the RACI matrix they need.
    We provide the capabilities to fully segregate the responsibilities, but it's up to them the definition of roles.
