I had installed , deinstalled and reinstalled DMC at least 20 times
In any case:
1. Did you run the setup script from a Administrator Command Line?
You might have some permission issues to overwrite the old DMC files if you don't use the Run as Administrator, or the Administrator Command Line.
the answer is YES
2. Do you see any errors in the setup.log file?: the answer is NO setup complete without any errors
3. What do you see in the about.txt file under <DMC_installation>/logs directory? What kind of files I have to check?

just few minutes ago I have downloaded again DMC314 and I followed all instructions reported here

All work fine (setup, start of web server , new administrator user, etc) but nothing is changed I always have DMC313

Your 'Create on-demand report' page dose seem to belong to dmc 3.1.3, 'Customize report' panel is not shown. You can confirm your current version of dmc by clicking 'About' in the left-hand menu, to check whether the content contains '3.1.4.0 Enterprise'. Hope to help you.

I have no option to select KPI or other from Create_on_demand_report
How I can see if the upgrade really works
DMC core is on windows server

The screenshot above shows the customizable KPIs for the database performance Report in DMC 3.1.4. And we are developing more customizable KPIs.
