I made a copy of the out of the box report IT Finance Summary. I added  some slicers to the report. I want to replace the original IT Finance Summary with the new report I built out. I thought I had it figured out, I removed the original one from the IT Finance collection and added the new one. However now when click on Finance from the main project page, the old one comes up and shows this report is not a member of any collections. Can anyone guide me into the right direction?

Hi Jeremy,

The issue is actually with the navigation on the landing page and not with the report collection.  You will need to:

1.  Put the landing page into Edit mode

2.  Select the IT Finance button

3.  Open Properties (either from the ribbon or the right-click menu)

4.  Select the Actions tab

5.  Update the value of Navigate to point to your new report

Do you know if there is any way to change the names of the Report Collection without changing the names of the Projects itself?

You can edit report collections from the Manager Report Collections pane.  The names of the collections can only be changed if they are custom collections, out of the box collections will not have editable names.  To access the manager go to the project menu and choose 'Report Collections'.
