    Hi Team,

    what all things need to considerd in Maximo if on floor an asset label/name got changed into something else.

    what would be best practice to follow in Maximo. 

    what kind of action/support Maximo have for instance like these ?

    Hi Rahul

    If you're talking about a label, do you mean the ASSETNUM, the DESCRIPTION, or ASSETTAG?  Something else?

    If anything other than the ASSETNUM, you can change that at anytime.  

    If the ASSETNUM then you cannot do that from the UI and you will need to write SQL scripts to change it, you will need to ensure that you cover everywhere that the ASSETNUM has been used.
