if yes, you can add these servers as managed system using hub or swtich.

someone bought it, we put it into the network and configured it via its console, then connected each serial port to the serial port on the pSeries box and set it up accordingly, I am not sure whether we used a null modem cable or not, nor the port speed, but the old servers use to be set up to 9600 bps 8N1 but it has been a long time and I don't remember them.

if you have a dumb terminal connected to them, check its settings before scraping it.
