I have prepared the HADR setup with DB2 12.1 Community Edition, and while starting standby instance was getting below issue
SQL8029N A valid license key cannot be found for the requested functionality.
Reference numbers: "11"

bash-5.2$ db2licm -l
Product name:                     "DB2 Community Edition"
License type:                     "Community"
Expiry date:                      "Permanent"
Product identifier:               "db2dec"
Version information:              "12.1"
Max amount of memory (GB):        "8"
Max number of cores:              "4"
Enforcement policy:               "Hard Stop"
Features:
IBM DB2 Performance Management Offering:              "Not licensed"

After googling came to know that HADR setup can be prepared with Advanced Enterprise Server Edition db2 server, however from this link Downloading IBM Db2 Version 12.1 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows there is below installer name, i guess this will not work for HADR, so can you share me the exact installer link or part number or share the steps for the A valid license key

My Community edition downloaded using your link with exactly the same `db2licm -l` output does allow HADR.

$ db2level

"db2inst1") uses "64" bits and DB2 code release "SQL12010" with level 
identifier "02010110".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v12.1.0.0", "special_50594", 
"DYN2411071022AMD64_50594", and Fix Pack "0".
