    Hi Team,

    I was reviewing the documentation at:
    https://docs.webmethods.io/on-premises/webmethods-websphere-mq-adapter/en/6.5.0/webhelp/index.html#page/webspheremq-webhelp/to-install_5.html

    According to the guide, to install the webMethods Adapter 6.5 for IBM MQ, I need to use the Software AG Installer.

    While I was able to obtain the Software AG Installer (possibly referring to IBM webMethods Installer), I couldn't find the webMethods Adapter 6.5 for MQ listed within the installer options. I've attached a screenshot for reference.

    Additionally, I'm having difficulty locating the correct version of the installer for Windows or Linux. Even with the macOS version I obtained, the MQ adapter option doesn't appear.

    Could you please clarify:

    • Where I can download the appropriate Software AG Installer for Windows/Linux?

    • Whether the webMethods Adapter 6.5 for MQ is still available or supported?

    • If the documentation I'm following is outdated or missing updated instructions?

    Appreciate your help in understanding the current availability and installation steps for the MQ adapter.

    What shows up in your installer tree is the components that are licensed under your contract. So if its not showing up that could be the reason.

    I need assistance downloading webMethods Adapter 6.5 for IBM MQ for on-premises Integration Server installation.

    Reference: The adapter is documented at https://docs.webmethods.io/on-premises/webmethods-websphere-mq-adapter/en/6.5.0/webhelp/index.html#page/webspheremq-webhelp/to-install_5.html

    Issue: I can't locate this adapter in the webMethods installer product selection tree.

    Question: How can I download and install this specific adapter component on my on-premises IS environment?

    To whom I need to reach so I can get that access.

    Hi Mayank Singh,

    There are two possible reasons:

    1. During the WebMethods installation, you may have used an existing image file in which the IBM MQ adapter was not selected.

    2. The IBM MQ adapter might not be licensed under your current contract.
