Hi @John Carter,
Thank you for your response. I'm not certain if this is a configuration issue on my end or a more general problem. As I'm relatively new to Integration Server, I may have missed a configuration step somewhere.
I've attached a document (.docx) that includes screenshots showing exactly where I'm encountering the issue. I'm currently stuck at the connection pool configuration step and cannot see any available options to select from.
Could you please review the attached screenshots and advise if there are additional configurations I need to set up manually for the connection pool?
Your previous response was very helpful, and I appreciate any further guidance you can provide to help me proceed with the setup.

Subject: Need Help Replicating webMethods.io JIRA Flow in webMethods Service Designer (On-Premises)
Hi,
First download the latest version of Service Designer
Service Designer 11.1
Then you can dynamically install the jira connector via the package registry view in Service Designer like so
Then create your package and folder space, and then select new -> Cloud Connector Service, select the jira plugin and away you go
You can then create your public service, API, webhook etc. to then invoke your jira connector as you have done above with workflow
all the best,
John.

Subject: Need Help Replicating webMethods.io JIRA Flow in webMethods Service Designer (On-Premises)
Hi Team,
I've created a JIRA integration flow in webMethods.io, and now I'm trying to replicate a similar flow using webMethods Service Designer (on-premises). Could someone guide me on how to achieve this in the on-premises environment?
