  • 1.  Refresh HTML Blocks without refreshing the whole page.

    Posted Wed July 24, 2019 01:38 PM
    Hello,

I currently have three sections with three different HTML blocks with a different message to the user. Each section is only shown if a certain value is met within one of the incident fields. I have menu items that switch the field value which in turn changes which html block is shown. This does work. However, I have to refresh the page for the other HTML block to appear and the other to go away. Is there a way to have the sections show up and go away without refreshing the whole page?

    Thanks,
    Dalton Clyde

What version of Resilient are you using? I tried this with version 33 and it works. With version 33, websockets has been introduced. This allows the UI to be more responsive to changes like this.

    Ben,

Thanks for the response! We are currently on version 33. Is there any reason that websockets wouldn't be working?

I'm not 100% sure. I think you may be able to open up the browser console and see the network traffic there.

    Here I'm showing the behavior.

You may want to open a support call. I'm not 100% this is or is not due to websockets.
