  • 1.  recipient undefined in job after migration from 10 to 11.1.7 FP1

    Hello,

    After migration, when not using mail address we cannot find recipient in jobs.
    It seems it no more able to retrieve mail address from cognos users by using user CAMID ?!?

    Edit a job
    Go to email detail

    On Chrome



    On Edge


    On Firefox



    Any thought will help,

    Hello,

    according support IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 Fix Pack 2 should resolve this issue.

    Hi Vivien,

    did Support refer to an APAR that you could share?

    I may have a similar problem, but on recent 11.1.7 build. So either the fix is broken or I've another issue.
