A simple approach would be to use a small Jupyter Notebook that reads the content from Github and saves it as a CA data set in CA - you can also schedule the Notebook to run every morning etc.... If you have Jupyter Notebook enabled on your CA system....
Else you could also download the content from Github as a flat file and upload it to CA via drag & drop... depends on how often you would need to do this.... if it's a large amount of data and often, you might want to consider using Presto or other tools to give you that middle layer to support this.
