    Does RDS DB2 license also including SAP BYOL ?

    Hi Mohammed,

    While deploying RDS for Db2 instance using BYOL model, one needs to provide the IBM Customer ID and IBM Site ID as described in below link -
    https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/db2-licensing.html

    As an existing IBM Db2 customer one should already have Db2 database license for the DB instance class and Db2 database edition that you plan to deploy on RDS for Db2.

    Its best to reach out to an IBM representative to get clarity on the available Db2 licenses by virtue of using SAP and whether they can be taken to AWS.
