    RDi Help -> Contextual Help indicates the sites it is searching.
    This site list is configurable.
    The installed site list contains dead links.
    What are the correct links, please?

    Jack, I have the same settings and it works fine here. I suggest you try to disable your firewall and then see if the online help works.

    Looks correct to me also. The URLs I have:
    • https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_74
    • https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAE4W_9.6.0
    Did you work through the network connection? I also know there are some quirks with the mac installation, but I'm unfamiliar with the set up around this.

    Jack,

       You appear to be running into an issue we encountered as well.  RDi 9.6.08 through Citrix.  They indicated it was a problem with a specific Eclipse binary and opened a bug tracker incident with Eclipse support.  I don't have it in front of me right now but you should discuss with IBM RDi support.

    Thanks, Jim. It's impossible to reach IBM RDi support :) I think my id is not currently attached to the enterprise that owns the RDi license.

    Anyway, I stopped worrying about it and just limp on the other leg, so to speak :)
