Its return a error message: 'org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Error starting module' Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException

I have reinstalled Ration Application Developer and it did not help.

Anybody who can help, It do work on other machine and I can not figure what the difference on my and the other machines.

I have even copy the whole content from the folder 'IBM\SDP ' to my machine and still the same issue.

As soon I remove 'Lombok reference from the file eclipse.ini, 

RAD starts up. 

Without looking at the entire stack trace, it's hard to say what is causing the issue. Likely culprit could be a memory resource issue. Have you tried increasing the JVM "heap size" setting in the eclipse.ini?
