​Hi,
  I am somewhat new to Cognos so I will try to explain as much as possible.  We have installed new Cognos 11 version and added a new UID to access with LDAP.  I can login but once I make the owner of a report with new UID, I get this error code that is found anywhere and msg like below:
CM-REQ-4202
You do not have access to the report owner's credential object: CAMID("xx_LDAP;u:uid=xxxxxx, ou=people")/credentials"

I have tried a few things in config and in Admin console under security tab, but no changes.

Can someone provide some assistance on this error message?

First try under My Preferences - Renew Credentials and provide your LDAP UID and password.
Check the permission on report and make sure you have all admin capabilities.

  Is there a dictionary or reference URL site that would explain the error code (CM-REQ-4202) as I could not find anywhere out there?
