Hello everyone - under Security groups, let us say I need a specific profile to simply have read rights to a change a record under the change application. I need this group to have read rights to the change details. To do this I navigate to the Applications under Security Group and filter on Change. I then select 'read access to change' and the further select the 'change' attribute.
The result of this is not a read only to the change record, but more rights than anticipated. My thoughts are that the designers of ICD envisioned that to have read only to a change record some bare minimums are required. The profile I use is on no other security group. This leaves me with no choice but to come up with tricky conditional expressions to manage this.
Kindly advise how to best manage this and just to have read rights to a an object /app or attribute/parameters of an application. Thank you!
