Query Studio is still available in 11.x.x and all you need to do use IE to run and edit.
To migrate Query studio to different studios, it depends on a few things, like the number of reports, number of users, the complexity of the report and so on.
There is one Cognos paid tool (Admin) which can be used to convert those reports to new studio but again you need to analyze what would be the best option for you.
We have helped many organizations to migrate their existing Cognos application to a new version and based on our experience we always recommend migrating to the new release.

We are in scope of migrating 10.2.2 to Cognos 11.0.13 version , most of the users are using Query studio reports for their analysis in 10.2.2 version. Just wanted to know if the query studio is still used in 11.0.13 and users can edit those reports once migrated or could you help us to know to the best approach for using Query studio reports. If there is any thing(studio) replacing querystudio, so that we can educate the users to use that studio in cognos 11.0.13.
