  • 1.  Query Reference with DMR pkg

    Hi - 
    we are trying to create a report with multiple pages from a query and numerous query references which will display different subsets of the data from the parent query.  using a FM Manager DMR package (v 11.1)   I have tried several approaches to filter the data in the query references (slicers and detail filters using Dimensional Functions), but each approach displays "No Data Available".  Do query references only work with relational packages or does it also work for DMR?   If it does work for DMR packages, how do I filter the records?

    What is the expression you are using in the reference queries?

    I created a sample report using GO Sales (analysis) package and using a filter expression like the following works
    [Sales (analysis)].[Order method].[Order method] = [Fax]

    - Check if Native SQL is pulling some records
    - Clear the Browser Cache or open the Cognos session in InCognito mode
