Does anyone aware where I can see dashboard query(Using dashboard option to build dashboard) as seen on below during report development  in order to customize query calculation & other operations such join/union etc...! Your help is much appreciated.

Hi Hakkim,
When using the Dashboarding tool you can not build composite queries like you can in Reporting right inside the tool. Instead, you would be using the web-based modeling tool, which starting with version 11.1.5 has a new perspective that gives a diagram view of the 'Custom tables' as these composite queries/tables are called in that tool. Here is a picture:
