Hey All, 

I am facing the following issue While configuring Qlean for Qradar , we have proxy server configured in our environment. I followed the following link ,but it still persists 

Connection failed: ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='3b75e495d31c.', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/gen_ssh (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', error('Tunnel connection failed: 503 Service Unavailable',))

Hi Naveed,
Kindly check if request is getting blocked at proxy level..
Also check if app services started on CLI..Error 503 means services not running

If it running kindly restart app
