QRadar has a license for consuming events at a certain rate, which is events per second (EPS) or flows per minute (FPM). The QRadar license comes with an X-Force basic license to be able to poll for reference data. This is basic X-Force data for things like IPs, URLs, file hashes, shared collaborations that can be retrieved from the Threat Intelligence app.
There is a separate license that can be purchased for Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) feeds, which does NOT come with QRadar by default. This is extra Threat Intelligence data that can be added on to QRadar.
I've never heard of a "Security Intelligence" license, you might want to contact your sales representative and confirm though. There are a few apps that do have separate licenses too, such as the Data Sync application for copying data between DR deployments and the Watson Advisor app.
