  • 1.  Qradar - IBM SOAR integration

    Hi team, 

    I'm struggling to integrate IBM SOAR 44 with Qradar (7.5). Whatever I do, I get the same error in the IBM QRadar SOAR Plugin application.
    The message error is: Connection and Configuration Verification Failed. Please make sure application access information is correct. Check log files for details.
    Of course, I checked all the interposed elements and connections but I can't figure out why it doesn't work. Please help me with an opinion, how to get a more detailed log on the problem. In the initial logs I fail to identify the problem.

    Hi Rob,

    facing a similar issue with QRadar SIEM and SOAR integration.

    After 3 days the IBM Support came back with nothing.

    The concept of the "IBM QRadar XDR Platform" seems an urban legend if two IBM core products are so difficult to integrate.

    Check certificates on both sides. Qradar and SOAR.
