Hello,

With respect to QRadar architecture, is it possible to integrate an EC (hosted in an on-premises data center) as an MH with a console that is hosted in Azure?

If yes, can you advise on the prerequisites?

As far as I know, yes. you can. The console can have a managed host regardless of where they are deployed. For prerequisites I would think: 

• Be aware of the Bandwidth considerations https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/qsip/7.4?topic=hosts-bandwidth-considerations-managed
• If throughput is a limitation (due to money or infrastructure) I would choose to deploy an event processor instead of a collector.
• Do not send the traffic without a vpn.
• Do not expose your managed host to the internet
