    Hi community, 

    while onboarding to QRadar capabilities, I've installed the following QRadar extension - 'REST API Functions for SOAR'.

    Installation completed successfully and app was deployed to configured App Host.

    So far so good.

    Then I tried to use it in playbook to bring capability of querying thirdy party systems for some data, related to Incident.

    However, playbook, once triggered, become remaining in 'hanging' running state on Call Rest API step (function):

    When I tried to clearify what could bring such behavior and test a Configuration of mentioned above app, I've got the following:

    I'm wondering of what 'authentication service' mentioned in trace must by up, but it is not?

    Any advice is appreciated!

    Hi community,

    the problem was due to mismatch between keystore password and keyvault stored value which led to failed SSL auth for messaging.

    Fixed mismatch did solve the issue.
