Sorry, can't help you then, outside of my skillset. I suggest you try in a Power BI forum, better chance someone can help you there. I suggest the MS forum, Reddit or Stack Overflow.

As far as I know, PowerBI can use the Value.WaitFor
function to implement a delayed retry mechanism. Did you. try that? Here is a page from MS: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/wait-retry

Subject: Pulling into data into PowerBi and automating the process Question
Hey guys, I had a couple of things come up while I was pulling in data from qradar into my powerbi. Currently it is a two-step process of retrieving the data in my queries. It gets the saved search id, another query to load it, and finally one to get the results from it. An issue I am running into is with power bi not having some sort of wait command before pulling in results, I am erroring out constantly because my data hasn't been fetched yet from the API. I can manually do this process and have it working easily, but the problem is I want to have power automate pull this in and automate it for me as well and load the data into sharepoint to build trends. Any idea's around this or help? Thank you again!
