  • 1.  PRPCESS syntax code showing no results

    Posted 01/19/24 04:42 PM

    Good day,

    I am attempting to run a mediation analysis through Hayes Process Model 4 using syntax.

    My independent variable is a categorical variable with 3 groups, so I followed the instructions introduced in this paper (https://bpspsychub.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.1111/bmsp.12028).

    In the supporting document, I found the code below and ran it with my own variables:

    process vars=attitude inter d1 d2/y=attitude/m=inter/x=d1/total=1/

          model=4/boot=10000/seed=3423.

    However, the output I received was as follows, and nothing more. I have tried several other codes, but it seems not to be working well.

    Do you have any ideas about how to fix this?

    My SPSS version is 27, and PROCESS is version 4.2.

    Thanks,

    Hello, this is a custom dialog produced by Andrew Hayes, a 3rd-party. IBM doesn't have information on this. You might try looking here: https://haskayne.ucalgary.ca/CCRAM/resource-hub.

    Coincidentally, Ruben Geert van den Berg just today published a tutorial on PROCESS.  You can find it here
