Why do you think that message doesn't mean what it says? Is your grouping variable binary? Are there missing values?

I've seen that before - I think it also warns you about not being a member of "Administrators" before that? I believe it wants your account to be in Administrators, in the same domain as the PSM server. I've upgraded PSM Servers as a domain user (of another domain which had trust), and was a member of the local Administrators group, and had the same warning. I didn't see any issues after the upgrade - it's interesting that you saw an issue - you may just need to re-register the remoteapp.
