I am trying to match between two groups that had similar surgeries but on different sides. I am try to matching for patients with same sex, BMI, operative time and blood loss, so I can compare differences in outcome between the matched groups. I seem to be able ti run the PSM but i do not get any matched patients. Is there a tutorial for PSM in SPSS 28, most info for PSM that i find online is for older versions with a different interface.

Are you using Data > Propensity Score Matching or Case Control Matching? If you get no matches, that usually means tolerance is too tight. If you want to send me the spv file after running this, I can take a look for clues (jkpeckSupport Member)
