    Hello Group,

    Is there an way to get notified or track when users/Group is added to process application in the 'Manage' Tab.? We want to closely monitor who is getting added and when. 

    Also any way to track and get notified when a new Process App or Toolkit is created.

    Hello Harish,

    I think, it's mostly admin audit kind of staff. Probably you can have a proper access control and enforce users to follow a systematic way of requesting for access like we usually do via Service Now or something similar, you can also built a simple workflow in BAW :). From there you can get the audit history of this.

    I was focused on built-in features. Atanu is perfectly right, you can of course augment the product with your existing IAM solution:

    • Associate an LDAP group with the reader/editor role of a project in Workflow Center
    • Use your existing process that includes approvals, auditing, continued business need validation etc. to manage membership in that group
