  • 1.  Problem : Not setting color by group correctly

    Hello,

    I hope you're doing well.
     
    I have a problem setting a color for each group. I use a maps and created a palette. I'm using 11.2 version.
     
    I made many tries , I changed the number of groups and the color of the palette several times.
    It is always the first color that is not taken, the group does not see it.
     
    Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

    Hi Nikita,

    have you looked at the "Color consistency" property? If it is activated the dashboard assigns a distinct color to every attribute value. If your data begins with a value that is not visible in the widget - for you it looks like the palette colors do not start with the first one.

    Hi Nikita,

    I assume you want to create colors going for let's say red (lower value) to green (upper value).

    You need to create a new heat map palette.

    Create your first color (red)
    Click on add swatch, create your second color (orange)
    Click again on add swatch, create your third color (yellow)
    Click again on add swatch, create your fourth color (green)
