    simple 2node cluster, 1 ip network, single adapter, 2 disk heartbeat nets, simple RG with service-ip only.
    happens both with and without using base-ips

    symptom:
    node1 running, node2 joining: no problem
    node2 running and node 1 joining, both clstrmgrES processes die:

    Unexpected termination of clstrmgrES
    clexit.rc : Halting system immediately!!!

    all running fine with powerha 6.1 SP8 btw.
    not rejoining after cluster partition btw.

    anyone seen this too or has opened a pmr already?
