I have a requirement to report dataset at different points in time, so the user can select a timeframe and view contents of a query at that point in time.  I am working in a cloud environment and am restricted from adding database objects that could easily satisfy this requirement. I was hoping to be able to use a Dataset that queried the needed data representing the current values, then append that result to a previous Dataset within a Data Module and that would become the revised combined Dataset, then repeat that cycle every week or month.  It seems to want to refresh all the elements however.

Is there a way to make a Dataset static, so that it doesn't refresh, basically taking a snapshot?
