PM.JPSEQINUSE Flag is not setting via MIF

    Hello Experts,

    Hope you all are doing well.

    I am using Maximo 7613. When trying to add Job Plan in PM using PMSEQUENCE object structure via MIF, the PM.JPSEQINUSE Flag is not setting from 0 to 1. 

    Let explain you in more detail. I have one PM #100 and having one Job Plan associated to it in PM Sequence tab say JP1. When I try load another Job plan JP2, the Job plan get added in PM Sequence but the PM.JPSEQINUSE Flag doesn't set from 0 to 1. When I again try to add JP3 in same way, this job plan also gets added in PM sequence and this time PM.JPSEQINUSE Flag also get set to 1.

    My question is why is it not working at first time?

    I found below article, tried steps but still same result.
