Hi, my first reaction was also time zone. But Reported Date is date time work order is created, and it sounds to me as if this is by a background Cron Task which would account for different times for different work orders.
The Time field on PM Seasons tab sets the work orders target start time. That time is the time on the Maximo Server and if you are in a different time zone to the server then a time zone rule is needed to set it to the time zone of your locations or assets.
I've never written a detailed article in Time Zone Rules but I did talk about it in this video https://maximosecrets.com/2022/08/26/location-and-asset-associations-2/#associate-time-zone

Subject: PM workorders generated hours after scheduled start time
Hello
We have a little problem with our maximo maintenance management software.
Even though both the scheduled start time and target start time are 2:00 AM for all of our preventive maintenance records, they are generated (= reported date) much later than that. Most of them are generated kind of randomly between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
How can I solve that? I want the workorders to be generated around the time they are scheduled to start, or at least before 6:00 AM.
Thanks in advance.
