  • 1.  Platform Navigator UI not working

    I am using CP4I v2020.3.1 on IBM Cloud, it was installed on October 20,2020. Platform Navigator was working fine till 18th Jan 20201, suddenly from 19th Jan 21, platform navigator UI stopped working. When I checked the validity of certificate for common services, the certificate is still valid and expiry date is on 19 March 2021. All the pod status in platform navigator namespace is in running status and not able to see any other info related to error. In browser when I browse the PlatformNavigator UI URL , I am getting 503 Service Unavailable error. Can someone please help on what would be the reason for the error and how to rectify it?

    The issue was resolved, certificate has been refreshed and platform navigator UI started working fine. Followed the steps from this url:
