I am going to start by saying that this question might be a bit vague, so I apologize for that. The issue is a bit unclear, and I don't really know what is causing this. Hence, here I am. We recently upgraded to version 2.09.18.3 from 2.09.3 on Windows 2019, coming from Win 2016, and there is a noticeable difference in pulling up views in PAW. We did not upgrade the PAW version, and that is still on 2.8. Things have slowed down quite a bit. Everything is sluggish even on the actual server.

We have asked IT to disable and/or bypass all virus scanning and any other form of asset scanning, and there have been no improvements.

We have installed the same items on a Windows 12 RT box, and that performs just fine.

First, I would like to ask if someone has come across this issue, and secondly, if you have, what is the fix? I understand there might not be a silver bullet here, but are there specific things that we need to check? For example, configurations, server settings, or scans that are being ignored that might be causing the slowness.

One additional thing we have noticed is that the CPU on the box is very jumpy, but we can't pinpoint it to a particular task.

If someone can point me to a resource, I would highly appreciate it. Also, if someone knows of an installation expert, please share their info. Thank you.
