  • 1.  Parameterized URL Integration in Cognos 11.1

    Hi All,

    We were trying to integrate Cognos dashboards/reports in external page. Please help guiding steps to create comparative URL to access the dashboard/report in external portal/page by skipping Cognos login page. 

    We try to use Embed url adding to basic HTML code but it is expecting to enter data source name, user name and password. But we are expecting to bi pass the login page and open the dashboard/report.

    Hi Denny,

    Thanks for the response, yes I tried with the fourth option by passing user id and password but still it is forcing to enter the same to get in to the Cognos. Please advise.

    @Vamshi Krishna Could you provide your url you are using? (Strip out the hostname,password. username) Also, did you follow the technote to set the advanced settings - https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/using-configsetter-utility-specify-configuration-settings-cognos-analytics​
