    In Guardium v10 there used to be a way to create an encrypted password on the GUI when generating an API script. You would invoke create_datasource on the GUI and specify at the bottom that the password field would need to be encrypted.


    When I go to do this in v11 (p265) the text box "Parameter to encrypt:" still exists but the dropdown does not appear. Is this a removed feature from Guardium or is this a bug? Documentation on this feature was limited even in v10 and finding much information is difficult. I believe a Shared Secret is required, and one has already been set in Guardium.
