I don't think you'll find the answer here. Call IBM :)

Hi. How about if the BP happen to be a customer as well (both). I mean this is for a customer only and we are the customer. I was trying to use the Customer ID only. And, the details of the customer ID (Client #) has the name mentioned same as BP name only but the country is different. And, interestingly I am the BP admin as well :-). So, I send invite to other teams members and they then get access to support portal etc. I also manage PP (Partner Plus) and at times gets emails for 'revalidations' etc. And, we have different Client ID's for the same partner name with different Countries etc. By the way I got an email from eCare, that: eCare team can only assist with the download of your entitled software from the IBM PA online site and not with the online PA Enrollment. Also, why IBM has not cleared it at the site on where to submit the 'Enrollment Form', It does shows as submitted and gives us an enrollment number 229425582 but then says: Please sign the form and send it. But to whom? No mention there. Video at site says you will receive a communication once you fill the form but have not received it yet. Too many non-sense layers all over the map, too many portals, too many sublinks doing nothing, multiple names given to same product (standard, basic, advanced select edition :-) - but no one (even TAM) able to tell what we actually have) and actual job done 'nada'. Other major vendors support system will tell right away with just a Serial # of the frame, what all software entitlements a customer has or what licenses are tagged to it (I have experienced that with atleast two major vendors). And, with PAO, our intent was to see what is available for us there. Thanks.

BP's typically don't have access to customers PAO. The customers site admin has to authorize it, but it is very procedural and takes a long time. Under normal circumstances, the fastest solution is to ask the customer to download the SW, which is what we usually do.

Hi All. We need access to PAO so that we can see what software accesses we have and then probably download the software. When I try to access it it , says site ID or Customer Number doesn't exist, but with same custormer number or unique ID we can open service requests so that does exist. Then I happen to find an enrollment form there and filled it and got a reference ID. It also says submit the form, but not sure which email id it needs to be submitted. Please advise on how to get access to PAO. We do have access to Fix Central, but there only updates are available and fresh packages are on I guess are in POA. Thanks.
