Subject: Owner dimension appears with "not set" in the tag explorer.
Hello Carlos,
Seeing a (not set) value in Cloudability indicates there is no value for that dimension. In the case of a tag, that would indicate that Cloudability is not receiving a value in any of the mapped tags.
Things to check:
- Verify there are actually tag values in the CSP.
- Verify the tags are being included in the billing files from the CSP.
- Verify your vendor credentials in Settings > Vendor Credentials aren't showing errors.
If you are still seeing (not set) where there should be values, then open a support ticket so that the support team can investigate.

I have a owner dimension to match with owner tags from aws or another cloud provider, but I cant set data when I used the Tag Explorer, the owner tags appears as "not set". What could I be missing on the AWS or CloudaIblity side or if I should use another dimension other than owner?
