I would like to know if IBM BPM BAW has an integration/Plug-in with Microsoft Outlook and what are the integrations'/Plug-in's features?

And most importantly I want to know if it possible for the user when he/she receives an email with the task assigned to him/her, will the user be able to take an action (approve/reject)  through the email and then the process flow continues it's flow normally, based on the action selected from Microsoft Outlook?

    Just like the following link:

    Outlook Email Approval Skelta BPM.NET
Skelta BPM.NET has deep integration with Microsoft Office and especially Outlook. This facilitates business users to complete their tasks on the fly even while on road even when they are disconnected. Skelta BPM.NET supports multiple channels like Web form, SMS, PDA, Outlook, and Voice for task delivery & communication.

So, no, there is not an Add On for Outlook that works like that.

There are, however, ways to make processing work from email possible.

    1. By default, a user can enable email notifications from Navigator, Workplace, or Process Portal (depending on which you use) and they will receive an email when work is assigned to them. By default that email will always have a deep link into the assigned task where they can review and process it directly. The email templates, regardless of which workflow portal and engine you're using, are customizable.
    2. You could get fancy and design a workflow with system functions that send custom emails and wait for structured responses. This is, obviously, going to be a ton more work and will require your users' responses to be consistently structured or for you to integrate an NLP/LLM step to parse the response.

I'd also recommend looking into Watson Orchestrate, it may be able to provide some of the over-the-top sort of simplified interaction paradigm you're looking for.
