I have a test user in our dev environment that I use as my maint. manager (I do demo's).  I typically have him set up with a Start Center, but I want him to see the Operational Dashboard when he logs in.  I put him in the Ops Mngr Sec Group, and I set that group to default to launch the Ops Mngr. dashboard.  However, when I use his creds to log in, the Ops Dashboard does not launch.  And I am not able to search the application.  If there is a link to some documentation on this please advise.  Thank you very much.  :-)
