  • 1.  ODM roadmap

    Posted Tue October 26, 2021 04:07 PM
Hi, What is roadmap for standalone ODM product ? I see latest version published is ODM V8.9.2.3. My customer is asking how long IBM will support ODM (before they are forced to move to CP4BA)

    Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for joining the community!   We can't disclose roadmap in a public forum, but try searching for our internal odm slack channels to ask this question.

    Thanks!

Generally the version of ODM and updates to it are independent of the sales packaging - you can get new versions of ODM as an ODM customer or as a CP4BA
That said, there are some good reasons for upgrading (we have a way to use IBM Process Mining to generate IBM ODM rules from logs, BAI is a great way to monitor decisions made and increase transparency and business engagement, ADS offers some great long term potential) so customers who are just using IBM ODM should talk to someone who can help them understand the value of upgrading (we have a couple of long time ODM customers who have upgraded).
Drop me a line if we can help
