Hi,

If you pull out one of the power supply, the power status shall turn to critical on the IMM web gui and not on QRadar. You will not get any notification on QRadar.

if you are talking about QRadar ssh, then no. It's easier to check in the IMM ui.

The IMM module itself can email notifications, send SNMP trap, or Syslog events. One of the options is for critical power failure as described in their documentation.
