I have installed TN. When i am trying to access it giving error

“Error connecting to Server”

“Check that server specification is correct and server is running and accessible .”

Did you installed TNConsole or Server where your local or in the network?Is your user have TN access?

Please make sure IS/TN server are up and running.

check the IS your connecting is running
Then check if installed TN console,
Else uninstall and reinstall the TN Console and try connecting.

Hi there,

When I had trouble with TN Console, it was due to the fact that I had not installed the 13 and 15 patches for 6.1.

Are you using v6.1? Did you try installing those patches? (If not its better to have them installed and please follow the steps in the readme file carefully)

Let me know if this is the reason.

kindly check if you have done following steps :

1)did you configured JDBC pools ?

2. did you run all sql scripts for TN?

restart your IS, and then connect to TN
