New Record button not working after displaying all records in the list view

    We migrated an application from one environment to another. When we display a list of records in the list view by pressing enter, and then we click the New record toolbar button, the new record is not displayed in the application main tab. The application remains in the list view and the Save toolbar button becomes active, meaning that we can click it.

    If we open the application and do not press enter to display records in the list view, we can click the New record toolbar button. The new record will then open in the application main tab.

    We confirmed that the list view is set as the default tab and that the main tab is set as an insert tab.

    Is the application working properly in the other environment? Was this migrated using the migration manager? make sure all components are migrated. When you say, the new record is not displayed in the main tab, do you mean that on clicking the new record icon it does not go to the main tab? or is the new record icon grayed out? try importing the XML only from the other environment to this using XML import.

    The application is working properly in the other environment. It was migrated using the migration manager for sigoption, etc and the application XML was imported in Application Designer. Good suggestion. We will verify that all components were migrated. Yes, on clicking the new record icon it does not go to the main tab. The new record icon is not grayed out.

    The application XML looks correct as does the migration package. The issue is only present when there are records present in the application list view. When there are no records present in the application list view, the application works as expected. I updated the autokey value in the Organizations application to see if that would help, but it did not. Perhaps delete all existing records?
