Today, I'm using Cognos Analytics 12.1.1-2512170013 and I still have the same issue and many "I'm having trouble understanding the request. Could you please try again?" error message.

I think when I created the test instance, I selected Brazil as the host country.

That might be why I'm getting the following error message when I give commands to the Agentic AI: Conversation Service returned 500

The Agentic AI preview in Cognos Analytics sounds very promising, especially the way it integrates Recommendation, Summarization, Sharing, and Report Authoring Agents. I appreciate the clear explanation of current limitations in the preview. Looking forward to trying it out in a trial and seeing how these agents enhance conversational data exploration and reporting

Hi, I was just curious if others have opened a new trial of CA to test out the Agentic AI features that are previewed there.  If so, what has been your experience so far?  I was hoping to find more details about the setup and use of the new features but haven't found any if it exists. Thanks.
